Appointment reminders are sent out 72 hours before your service. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of originally scheduled appointment time will result in a fee of 50% of the originally booked service total. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in a fee of 100% of the originally booked service total. In the event that you have fallen ill, please reach out to me via text directly. Late Arrival Policy If you are 10 or more minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and will result in a same day cancelation fee of 100% of the originally booked service total. This policy will apply for 3 or more minutes on 15 minute services, and 5 or more minutes on 30 minute services.
